  • 2 cups sweet honey pineapple, cubed
  • 2 small bananas, peeled
  • ½ pack fresh wheatgrass, cut to ½ inch (can get from Supermart)
  • 4 ounce KANGEN 9.5 ice cubes

Start by adding a little 9.5 KANGEN water to the blender, followed by wheatgrass and fruits
a little at a time. Blend on high for 30 seconds or until smoothie is creamy, adding ice cubes
a little at a time.

The KANGEN smoothie is also a rich source of Vitamin B1, B2, Naicin, Biotin, Folate, B6,
Vit C, Vit E, Potassium and best antioxidant helps with wound healing and strengthens
resistance to infection.

Serving Size: 10 ounce (For Whole Family to consume)

This recipe makes a large, 10 ounce KANGEN smoothie. It is a meal-replacement smoothie
and not a snack. I recommend slowly drink the wheatgrass. Consume only one to two oz
of wheatgrass each person. This allows your body to build a tolerance. Drinking too much
wheatgrass may act as laxative or cause nausea to some people. However, some may not
experience it at all. Do not consume this recipe every day. Drink it once or twice a month
only.

Do not eat. Always drink your wheatgrass juice on an empty stomach. Wheatgrass with
mint to help ease any nausea you experience when drinking it.
